Each coaching experience is designed to accommodate your personal values, goals and motivations.
Unlike therapy, which addresses past issues and situations, coaching focuses on the present with a look toward the future and what you want to accomplish to reduce stress, sustain a healthy lifestyle, and achieve success.Virtual Career Group Coaching applies the coaching process using telephonic groups. In these virtual groups, you call into a bridge line to connect with other participants and a leader (called a virtual group coach). These time limited educational groups offer you the support, input and wisdom of other group members. In the convenience of your home or work setting you can connect with other people experiencing similar situations and benefit from the energy and knowledge of a dynamic group.
Time and Frequency of Coaching and Virtual Group Sessions
Coaching can take place telephonically or in person, based upon your schedule. Coaching sessions are in increments of 30 and 45 minutes. Each session is tailored to your individual needs and the pace with which you are comfortable.
Coaching sessions are scheduled weekly, biweekly or once a month dependent on the type of coaching requested. A personalized, customized program can be designed to meet your specific lifestyle needs. Our coaching system conveniently allows you to fit the coaching around your schedule and desire for advancement.
